The 10-week program will be held three times a week for thirty minutes each session.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The sessions will be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays beginning at 5:30 pm on the University of Charleston’s campus.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Participants can park in any open spot and are to meet in front of Riggleman Hall (the main building directly in front of you as you enter campus.) Wear comfortable clothes, shoes, and don’t forget to bring bottled water!</span></span></p>
